Mr. Colodney first developed his passion for working with small, growing businesses as Associate General Counsel & Director of Regulatory Affairs for the Credit Union Affiliates of New Jersey. He was responsible for advising 250 New Jersey credit unions on all aspects of state and federal law related to credit union operation and management, including all relevant banking, consumer lending and real estate lending regulations. It was at CUANJ that Mr. Colodney first served as General Counsel on CallSM for smaller credit unions lacking the resources for retained counsel.
